Ah, sometimes even a simple repaint can yeild satisfying results. This is Big Bang from Jay Stephens' comic, Atomic City Tales. He's a BTAS Robin (obviously), with all the weird armor and stuff dremeled off and repainted. The earring is just a little loop of wire. That's pretty much it.

If you like a good superhero spoof (funnier than Madman, and not as weird), Atomic City Tales is the comic for you. There's some great characters in there, from Big Bang to the Maniac Gang.
